Insurance and Safety


The organization is responsible for participants’ insurance and safety during the

programme period.

Insurance for Health and Safety:

  • The organization will guarantee that every participant is in possession of a European Health Insurance Card.

  • According to the Youth Exchange Programme recommendation, the organization will find proper and

    appropriate insurance company and

    suitable insurances for participants during the programme period.

  • All insurances for the participants will cover: Accident and serious illness; Death; etc.

  • The organization will guarantee that every volunteer must be enrolled in the Erasmus Volunteering Insurance

    foreseen by the Erasmus+ Programme, which complements the coverage by the European Health Insurance Card

    and/or national social security systems.
