Help participants develop skills of accurate job searching skills via appropriate access. This is the first beginning of career. Therefore it is very important.

Provide a theoretical overview and some examples by professionals.

Ask participants to give pervious CV
Provide knowledge and skills by professionals
During the project, participants gradually keep fixing their own CVs
At the end of the project, compare their CVs of different version.
Make evaluation and documentation
Interview skills
Participants attend their first interview at the beginning of the project, and organizations and SMEs will record them.
Provide tips and advices during the whole projects
Provide opportunities for them to attend interviews. The organization could organization quick-interview session for them to practice.
SMEs professionals offer ideas and advice according to their practices
At the final stage, there will be professional advices and help from mentors

Documentary and comparison
One of our programme’s objectives is to promote cultural exchange and cultural awareness. In this section, the team work and inter-cultural skills is closely relative to this objective.
For participants, they will be provided following trainings:
The knowledge and tips for the career team works
Provide environment of multi-cultural for participants, help them engage in local companies, activities, events
Help participant to develop new ideas and innovation
Provide enterprise cases for them to understand different perspectives of mutual comprehension and empathy.

Aims:
Help graduates or young people with their professionalism when they starting to work, and their responsible attitudes towards work. Activities:
Provide general background about the legal framework, rights and obligations which rule professional relations.
When participants are working in the local enterprises, help them realize the theoretical knowledge with practices.

Create the ‘communication language’ framework with participants, including: body language, commercial phrases, communication manners, etc. Help participants to develop their professional awareness in their career.

Time management:
Help participants to understand the importance of the time management.
Enterprises and organizations will give out tasks and practices to participants. Help them to learn how to complete tasks under time-pressure.

Encourage participants to communicate with proper English
Help them correct their email writing, oral English.

According to the EU Commission dimension, the entrepreneurship is 'the mindset and process to create and develop economic activity by blending risk-taking, creativity and/or innovation with sound management, within a new or an existing organization'.
In the programme perspective, we consider entrepreneurship as the professional and business settings, and it is able to turn an idea into a ‘business opportunity’ through planning, managing, and growing a business.
Aims:
Encourage participants to develop their own ideas towards products and services
Hold activities regularly for participants to show their innovative and creative ideas related with their works
Participants draw out the entrepreneurship skills by their own, and decide their most wanted skills
During the programme, host organizations help participants to strengthen their wanted skills by encouraging them.
Host organizations evaluate participants’ performance and give personalized advices for every participant.
