1.Rights and Responsibilities
Objectives:
At the very beginning, it is very important for participants to get familiar with the UK working environment. Therefore, in this round, the organizations and SMEs will help participants to have a clear understanding of their works, as well as specific rights and responsibilities of themselves while working.
Methods:
Organizations and SMEs will provide courses and accesses for participants. After the theoretical teaching, participants will start their daily works. During their works, they will develop practical knowledge of rights and responsibilities.
Skills and Tasks:
Participants will be familiar with the UK working environment, which is significant for their future training plan. Besides, they will be able to protect themselves while working.
2.Team-work; Inter-culture Skills
Objectives:
It is very possible that participants facing a multi-cultural working environment, so they are expected to team-work with people from different cultural backgrounds. In this session, participants will be able to work in the multi-cultural environment.
Methods and Tasks:
Organizations and SMEs will help participants to learn the basic knowledge of multi-cultural communication. They will also help participants with language support, and if needed, mentors will help to mediate conflicts among them. Participants will be encouraged to communicate positively with people.
There will be relatively simple group works for participants, where they are allocated into groups with different cultural background. They will be asked to complete group works together. Organizations will provide platforms, such as weekend parties and activities, for participants to get to know people in an appropriate way.
Skills:
Participants will be able to communicate appropriately with people from different backgrounds. They will be aware of culture diversity and learn how to promote harmony. Participants will be able to raise their own cultural awareness and be confident about themselves, as well as their own cultures.
Second Round: Months: 4-6

1.Communication; Team management
Objectives:
In the second round, participants will be more familiar with their works and people.In this session, organizations and SMEs will train participant to communicate in the professional way. The professional communication skills is very essential for participants, and this skill will be useful for their future career as well. Therefore, in the second round, participants are expected to learn to communicate professionally and properly. The team management is relative to the communication. Participants will be able to communicate and negotiate in a team to achieve their common goal. In this way, participants are required to know how to manage a team.
Methods and Tasks:
Participants will be given group tasks monthly or weekly to complete. For each participant, there will be specific roles in the group work related with their skills or professionals. For participants, organizations will organize them to complete a group task to evaluate their team management and communication skills (in English).
Skills:
Participants will be able to communicate in the professional ways to achieve their goals. Participants will learn to mediate conflicts and promote cooperation in a group work, as well as team management. Participants will be aware respecting the diversity.
2.Professional communication in English
Objectives:
Help participants to communicate in professional English. Professional English is essential in international companies and enterprises. Fluent professional English is very helpful for non-native English speakers. In this session, the aim is to promote participants professional English skills for communication properly in their career.
Methods and Tasks:
Participants will be exposed to the full-English environment in every day. They need to listen and talk in English to complete tasks and works. Besides, they will be asked to various tasks, such as reading professional writing materials, writing reports, making presentation, etc. organizations and SMEs, as well as people around them, will help them to speak proper English in order to promote their language skills
Skills:
Participants will be able to promote their English in reading, listening, writing and speaking. Participants will be able to use propitiate description in professional ways. Participants will be able to promote cooperation and team work with fluent English. Participants will be more competitive in their future career.
Third Round: Months: 7-9

Interview Skills
Objectives:
In this session, the aim is to help participants to understand themselves for their future career. Help participants learn to search suitable jobs and write CVs, and practice interview skills.
Methods and Tasks:
In this round, participants will be very familiar with the conceptions of career, work, labour market, as well as themselves. Therefore, they will be asked to write their own CVs and apply for jobs. Organizations will evaluate their CVs and jobs searches, and give them advices and suggestions. Organizations will provide professional advices and support to help them understand their strengthens and weaknesses. Participants will modify their CVs and applications for several times in order to develop their skills. Organizations will provide mock interviews for participants. After practices, participants will be given professional suggestions and interview tips.
Skills:
Participants will be able to search jobs in proper ways, and know at least 3 accesses or tools to job searching. Participants will be able to create their own CVs with knowing their competitive points and make good use of them. Participants will be able to perform confidently and professionally for interviews.
Fourth Round: months: 10-12

Entrepreneurship skills
Objectives:
In the final section, organizations will encourage participants to be innovative and creative in their works. Innovation is one of the priorities of the programme, with long-term practices in the local SMEs, participant are expected to develop new ideas. Especially with culture awareness and communication in the diverse environment, participants will be inspired by these factors. With previous experiences, participants will learn to be more innovative and creative.
Methods and Tasks:
Participants will be encouraged to give different ideas and thoughts towards products and services. Participants will asked to develop new ideas or even create new conceptions of product or services. Participants will be asked to design products based on their countries market needs. Participants will be asked to give the conclusive reports on innovation and creation of the current products or services.
Skills:
Participants will be able to think creatively in their works. Participants will be able to develop methodology of innovation and creation in their own fields. Participants will be more confident and active in the innovation perspective. Participants will influence their peers to be innovative and creative in the future.
